inprotec AG becomes inprotec GmbH

inprotec AG announces its official conversion from an AG to a GmbH. The conversion of the legal form was completed on November 13, 2023. The decision to convert was made in connection with the long-term strategy of the International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG). It reflects the values and philosophy of the investor. The change relates exclusively to the legal form, without affecting the services offered or the structure of the company.

The revised company logo reflects this change in legal form by removing the “AG”.
