The transaction is subject to customary antitrust clearance and expected to close in November.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paragon <strong>acquired a majority stake in the business in 2018 and has since invested more than \u20ac20 million into expanding production facilities.
