The quality demands on modern building materials such as mortar, screed or concrete are growing but at the same time the production costs should be kept at a reasonable level\u00a0\u2013 this demands innovative spirit and efficiency.<\/p>\n

Together with our customers we think over the whole process in every single case and for all building materials from the initial materials to the finished product and develop the optimum process\u00a0\u2013 a matter of course for us as an innovative thinking and creatively active contract dryer and contract manufacturer!<\/p>\n

One example of this is dry mortar. It has the advantage that only water needs to be added on the building site. The mortar is ready to use and can be processed immediately after mixing\u2013 and with a much lower water consumption. The mortar can therefore be used for longer and at the same time adheres better and is more elastic.<\/p>\n

Easy Redispersion<\/p>\n

The\u00a0spray drying<\/a>\u00a0is usually the optimum process for our customers in the building materials industry. Watery solutions, emulsions or suspensions are dried here efficiently under exactly defined temperature conditions. During the process, the liquids are atomized into fine droplets and transformed into powdery particles with sizes between 20 and 200\u00a0\u00b5m in a brief and intensive heat exchange with the drying air. Today, for example, we manufacture plasticizers, curing retardants and water repellents by means of spray drying\u00a0\u2013 adapted to your needs and requirements.<\/p>\n

The conditioning\u00a0is also part of our contract drying and contract manufacturing service range. We offer various possibilities for transforming raw materials and initial substances into the desired form prior to further processing. You supply the raw materials, we mix them or perform chemical reactions, produce the batch according to the formula and spray dry to the desired product specification.<\/p>\n
