Our state-of-the-art drying facilities operate at two strategically important production sites in Germany – in Heitersheim (Baden-Württemberg) and Genthin (Saxony-Anhalt). Both plants feature a wide variety of system types and sizes, allowing us to respond flexibly to customer requirements, industry standards, and market dynamics. New Product Development: Flexible from Lab Scale to Pilot Plant
We support your product idea from the very beginning – with tailored equipment configurations for every stage of your project:
- Feasibility trials:
For initial testing, we offer access to 2 fluidized bed units and 1 spray drying system, suitable for sample quantities ranging from 1 to 5 kg.
- Scale-up & small batch production:
For quantities between 200 and 5,000 kg, we use our high-performance pilot plant.
Large-scale industrial production: Our manufacturing plants
At our sites in Heitersheim and Genthin, we offer a wide range of plant sizes to meet your industrial contract manufacturing needs:
- 5 fluid bed spray granulation plants with campaign sizes from 20 tons
- 2 fluid bed troughs with campaign sizes from 500 tons.
- 1 spray tower with campaign sizes from 100 tons.
- 1 wet agglomeration unit with campaign sizes from 500 tons.
Our facilities offer a total annual capacity of over 160,000 tons and can be flexibly configured with twin-fluid or high-pressure nozzles. This enables us to process even highly viscous pastes. As a result, we are ideally equipped to handle even the most complex challenges.
